RETURN POLICY

Ranch and Famous accepts eligible returns for store credit only.

Return Deadline

Returned merchandise must be shipped back within seven business days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Returns received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

To qualify for store credit, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In new condition with all original tags attached
• Free of odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, food stains, and other signs of wear
• Returned in its original packaging when applicable

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please do not attach tape or shipping labels directly to the shoe box. Place the shoe box inside a separate mailing box or protective wrapping.

Final-Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and final-sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit

Approved returns will receive an electronic gift card for the eligible merchandise price and applicable tax. Original shipping charges and return-shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected and processed after it is received.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Ranch and Famous is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
